Sony hackers reportedly praise executives for pulling 'The Interview'

According to a new report, individuals behind the massive Sony hack have contacted executives at Sony Pictures, praising their decision to cancel The Interview and offering to stop leaking corporate data if the movie stays shelved.



According to CNN, Sony executives received an email Thursday night believed to be from the hackers. The message called the decision to pull The Interview "very wise," adding, "Now we want you never let the movie released, distributed or leaked in any form of, for instance, DVD or piracy."
