West Coast punk legends The Offspring are back at it, creating new music and premiering a video today to match. Single “Coming for You,” an energy-packed ~4 minute romp with a militant, driving beat, was released in January. It’s the first song off the band’s upcoming 10th album, expected to drop later this year — The Offspring’s first full-length since 2012’s Days Go By .
As exciting as new material is, The Offspring aren’t forsaking their roots. The band formed in 1984 and have spawned many much-beloved classics along the way. In fact, The Offspring spent 2014 touring in honor of the 20th anniversary of the 1994 release Smash — the highest selling independent label album ever. And, you can catch the four-piece that is Dexter Holland, Noodles, Greg K and Pete Parada playing Americana in its entirety for the first time at Rockfest in June.
