Busch, known as "The Outlaw" among auto racing fans, testified on Tuesday that his former girlfriend Patricia Driscoll "once returned to him in a blood-splattered gown," the Associated Press reports. Busch is in court in Delaware because of a no-contact order filed by Driscoll, who claims he once assaulted her by grabbing her throat and slamming her head into a wall in his motorhome at Dover International Speedway.
