Awesome new GoPro footage offers true bird's eye view of London

LONDON — Those people that attach GoPros to eagles have been at it again.

This time, the birds are soaring over London, flying off St Paul's Cathedral, swooping down onto Tower Bridge and keeping an eye on the Olympic Stadium.

The clips have been released on the Freedom YouTube page, a joint project between the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and French falconer Jacques Olivier. They help mark 50 years of the IUCN Red List of the world's most threatened species. The list was updated recently to mark the passing of the world's largest earwig. Read more...
